Liability & Service Limitations

Top Steamer is not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage, wear, fading, or discoloration
  • Loose carpet, loose tiles, or deteriorated grout
  • Permanent stains that cannot be removed
  • Damage caused by incorrect customer information
  • Issues resulting from improper installation or prior cleaning attempts
  • Moisture‑related issues after cleaning (including wicking or returning spots)
  • Pet stains or odors that return after cleaning

We take every precaution to protect your property, but some materials may react unpredictably due to age, fiber type, or prior chemical exposure.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Top Steamer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most cleaning services. If a spot returns within 7 days, we will return at no charge.

Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Permanent stains
  • Pet urine
  • Pet odors
  • Pre‑existing damage
  • High‑traffic wear patterns
  • Items heavily soiled beyond restoration

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Move large or heavy furniture if needed
  • Notify the technician of delicate fabrics or sensitive materials
